What is your favorite place to travel?

Updated: May 23, 2020

One of the questions I'm asked the most often is: what is your favorite travel destination in the world? Well, I'm afraid I don't have a straight forward answer for you, but I'd break it down into many more questions. Where is the best place to go hiking? Best ski? Culture? Wildlife? Gastronomy? Beaches? Best sailing? Best surf? Snorkel? Jungle? Northern lights? Desert? Best diving?

So yeah, you got it, I'm gonna say to you it all depends on what you are looking for. But the place that ticks the most boxes is Peru. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed and here is why.

In Peru you can surf the longest wave in the world or hike among some of the highest and most beautiful glaciers and peaks, such as Alpamayo (up to almost 6000m). You can also raft the wild sierra rivers or flow down the quiet Amazon tributary rivers enjoying it's incredible biodiversity and learning about conservation projects and challenges.

Peru is also about hospitality and world class gastronomy (are you a ceviche lover?) in one of the most culturally rich places in the planet, home of the Nazca culture (I'm sure you've heard about the mysterious lines!) and the Inca empire. And what about sleeping under the stars in the most dramatic desert you've ever seen, where dunes role into the ocean, while exchanging life stories with local fishermen?

Are you wondering how to get there? Easy. Comment below and I will be happy to help you or just join one of our incoming Peru Photo Adventures! Hasta pronto!
